Following a change in Keiton's condition, his medical team have abandoned hopes of finding a suitable bone marrow donor in time. They are now trying to get him flown to the U.S for a very specialist operation which is going to cost around £500,000.

A rave is being held this Wednesday (11th) as part of the fundraising effort, at the Eve nightclub in the West End. Naturally anyone who can attend should aim to do so as all proceeds will be going to the ACLT in aid of this operation.

DJ's on the night will be Gal Flex Crew, Manny Norte, Get Rich Crew, DJ Smasherelli, DJ Play, DJ Blondie & Many more!!

A Benefit & Awareness Ride & Drive around London for Keiton Knight Will Be Held On Saturday 7th October 2006 organised by Ruff Ryders Europe.

Registration Begins At: 11:30AM
Ride and Drive Will Start At: 12:00PM

Bikes £5 (Minimum Donation)
(Leaflets and Promotional material to be collected on registration)

Cars £5 (Minimum Donation)
(All Bikes, Cars and Scooters Are Welcome)

All vehicles are to gather at the top of Greenwich Park car park.

Peckham, Lewisham, Catford, Norwood, Streatham, Tooting, Balham, Clapham, Battersea, Fulham, Shepherds Bush, Ladbroke Grove, Kilburn, Willesden, Harlesden, Acton, Wembley, Neasden, Wood Green, Tottenham, Walthamstow, Leytonstone, Leyton, Stratford, Hackney (More information on rest stops etc to be given on the day).

Greenwich Park (Finish)

People, who cannot make it to Greenwich but want to partake or help, can do so by canvassing one of the target areas. Foot soldiers are needed across London to make sure people are aware of the upcoming blood drives. Go down & give blood please!

Keiton is 7 years old and was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) in June 2003, 4 weeks ago in the last month of treatment he relapsed! The disease took another form of Leukaemia - Acute Myeloidblastic Leukaemia (AML). For this process to occur it is very unusual and extremely rare.

He is now an inpatient at The Royal Marsden in Sutton where he will be having intensive chemotherapy and Radiotherapy before he has his Bone Marrow Transplant, which is the only way to cure him, with-out one he will DIE!!!!!

Because he is mixed race (white mother, black father) his tissue type is very unusual and we are still looking for a perfect match donor, as we have not been able to find one on any of the world-wide registrars. The potential donor must be of the same parental background and be aged between 18 40 years old.

We have set up further drive/clinic days for people coming down to give a blood sample to be a potential match for Keiton:

One of the procedures for removing the bone marrow stem cells is very simple and near on painless. A small needle will be placed in each arm and the blood is removed from you left arm and is passed through a machine which removes the Stem Cells and the blood is then passed back into your right arm. It will only take 2/3 hours out of your day to save Keitons life!

Time is running out for Keiton and the only way to save his life is to go give blood directly to one of the clinics so we need people to contact the National Blood Service on 0845 7-711-711 www.blood.co.uk or the African Caribbean Leukemia Trust on 0208 667 1122 www.aclt.org to find out YOUR nearest blood clinic. Go down and give some blood, PLEASE!

Keiton is truly an amazing boy to be able to go through what he has for the last 3 years and still have a smile on his face, please help us keep that smile alive.

Paris, Keitons mum is an incredible woman and single mother, who has been a tower of strength for him and now really needs your help to make her dream come true and watch her much loved son grow up and have a fulfilling life.

Ok, I know some overly excited fan(atic) will email me complaining - it's seems you can't have an opinion (unless it's convenient for others), if you're a deeshay. But "FUCK IT!", I'm a fan of music and I just have to get it off my chest for the love of my blog (",)

So anyway, I've got both Lily Allen mixtapes, heard the MySpace tracks and all that shindig (even live can I add) and I don't understand what everyone on forums, blogs and websites are hearing? I mean seriously, if you have tracks I'm missing then please, bring me in. She's a good song writer and I can listen to what she's saying without falling asleep but 'beautiful voice', 'heavy singer' and whatever else you're all saying is erm... what do people in grime say? A hype ting! Her voice isn't amazing, unless you're a kebab eating drunk who doesn't mind people performing to you while smoking down the local Red Arms. Amy Winehouse part two, except I think Amy is wicked! Anyone know what she's doing by the way? *draws for the album*
But yeah, if you want to toss yourselves off over someone's forthcoming album then make it Mutya (ex-Sugababes), I heard a couple tracks by her and she can siiiing! And I was NEVER a girl band fan unless you count Total, Changing Faces, TLC and the like.

Anyway for all you fans here's the nice part, because you should never knock a hustle. Lily Allen's 'Smile' (which I admittedly find catchy albiet poorly sung) is available to buy from iTunes and you can pre-order 'Alright Still' from Amazon music.

Statik - Connected (Allstar Records)
Finally someone threw out the bullshit chat of "im puttin my album out on my own", and then holding on to it tightly in the hope of signing away their life to a major and actually did! Connected gets respect from me on all levels; firstly for being a great album and illustrating what can happen if talented people with the same goals actually get together and work postively to achieve something, and secondly for the simple fact that the album and Statik's work ethic (I hope), has shown people they actually can release material off their own backs and do well. Im praying alot more people follow suit in 2006.
